We are looking for a Acceptance Tester

Context

We are looking for an Acceptance Tester to join an international team within the Tax IT Business Analyst area, contributing to a Test Automation project.

The role sits within a team focused on ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of IT applications through advanced testing and automation practices.

You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic environment, working closely with IT teams to improve testing frameworks and automation capabilities.

Main Mission

To ensure the quality and reliability of IT applications by developing and enhancing test automation, while contributing to continuous improvement in testing practices.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automated tests for IT applications

  • Develop AI\-based agents for functional and technical testing

  • Enhance end\-to\-end test automation coverage

  • Analyse test coverage and ensure all testing types are performed (functional, technical, security)

  • Ensure high standards of quality and reliability across applications

  • Act as a reference within the team by sharing knowledge and best practices

  • Support training and coaching of team members
Profile \& Skills
  • Experience in Testing / QA / Automation (Mid\-level)

  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach

  • Ability to understand, explain, and support change

  • Fluency in English
Technical Skills
  • Programming: Java or C\#

  • Scripting: JavaScript and/or Python

  • Test Automation Tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber

  • General IT knowledge
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Custody systems
Hybrid work model, with presence required in Lisbon office.
