Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated A.C Engineer to join our team. Must have F Gas level 3 and at least 2\-3 years experience. Will be working within central London and local areas, company van supplied. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing air conditioning systems across various sites. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, schematics, and equipment repair, with opportunities to demonstrate leadership in maintenance and construction projects. The position offers an engaging environment for professionals passionate about air conditioning and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on air conditioning units and related equipment

  • Diagnose faults using schematics and technical manuals, then execute repairs efficiently

  • Repair or replace faulty components within HVAC systems, including compressors, fans, filters, and electrical parts

  • Assist in the installation of new air conditioning systems in commercial or industrial settings

  • Collaborate with construction teams during building modifications or system upgrades

  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all operations

Skills
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with practical experience in HVAC systems

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical diagrams

  • Demonstrated leadership skills to oversee maintenance teams or projects effectively

  • Expertise in equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance

  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, servicing, and repair techniques

  • Experience with general maintenance tasks within commercial or industrial environments

  • Familiarity with construction processes related to HVAC system integration is advantageous
