<p><strong>What will I be doing?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Making <strong>business development</strong> calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on</li>
<li><strong>Headhunting candidates </strong>to place onto your clients' projects</li>
<li>Building and maintaining relationships</li>
<li>Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent</li>
<li>Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews and delivering offers</li>
<li>Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, with <strong>current employees travelling across Europe to meet their clients!</strong></li>

<p><strong>What do I need?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You live in or around Amsterdam</li>
<li>You speak German or Dutch and can communicate well in English</li>
<li>You have experience in sales and communication</li>
<li>Above-average motivation, ambition, proactivity and determination</li>
<li>Ideally, you have already worked in B2B sales or in similar positions</li>
<li>You are open to new challenges and want to utilise your sales experience in a dynamic and exciting industry</li>
