360 operator

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled 360 operator to join our dynamic construction team. As a vital member of our crew, you will operate a 360\-degree excavator to facilitate various earth\-moving and material handling tasks on\-site. Your expertise will help ensure efficient project progress, safety, and precision in all operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your mechanical knowledge and driving skills while contributing to the successful completion of construction initiatives.

Duties

• Operate a 360\-degree excavator with precision and safety, adhering to project specifications and safety protocols


• Perform excavation, loading, lifting, and material placement tasks across different site areas


• Conduct routine inspections of the equipment to ensure optimal functioning and report any maintenance needs


• Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and backfilling activities as directed by supervisors


• Coordinate with team members to execute tasks efficiently and maintain clear communication during operations


• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment


• Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment usage, and site conditions throughout shifts

Requirements

MUST HAVE CPCPS BLUE OR NPORS, WITH A SAFETY CRITICAL MEDICAL!

• Proven experience operating a 360\-degree excavator in a construction or similar setting


• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance


• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification for operating heavy machinery on\-site


• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, standing, walking, and maneuvering for extended periods


• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards at all times


• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work effectively within a team environment


• Prior experience with other heavy machinery such as loaders or bulldozers is a plus

Pay: £25\.00 per hour
