Launched in Paris in 2019, Tigermilk now proudly operates 10 locations across France (Paris x4, Lyon, Lille, Marseille, Bordeaux, Nice and Strasbourg), 1 in Belgium (Brussels) and 2 in the UK (London).
Our Latin American–inspired cuisine is 100% homemade, responsibly sourced, and served in vibrant, centrally located restaurants.

Key elements of your Role :
Missions
------------
- Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with the brand image and objectives
- Create, film, edit, and publish engaging short\-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Identify trends, sounds, formats, and viral opportunities relevant to the brand
- Help grow and animate the brand’s social media communities on TikTok and Instagram
- Coordinate influencer partnerships from sourcing to campaign follow\-up
- Build and maintain relationships with creators and influencers internationally
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple performance reports and insights
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency across channels
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for social media campaigns, activations, and collaborations
- Support day\-to\-day social media management and content planning

- Native or fluent English with great communication skills
- Ability to communicate in French
- Active TikTok user with a personal account and proven experience creating/posting content
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, algorithms, and creator ecosystem
- Passion for social media, digital culture, fashion/lifestyle/food/hospitality (adapt depending on your brand)
- Comfortable being creative, proactive, and hands\-on with content production
- Basic editing skills
