Chinese\-Indonesian Restaurant Hung\-Ying is located in the Strijp district of Eindhoven and is renowned for its authentic Chinese and Chinese\-Indonesian dishes, prepared using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. For decades, we have welcomed guests from Eindhoven and the surrounding area who value quality and hospitality.
To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for two independent working cook I.
Job description
As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for the daily preparation of dishes and actively contribute to the quality of our cuisine.
Duties
\- Preparing ingredients
\- Applying basic cooking techniques
\- Providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the à la carte selection, and methods
\- Managing inventory and ordering
\- Providing technical supervision to kitchen assistants.
Job requirements
\- MBO level 3 (vocational) working and thinking level
\- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

\- A market\-competitive gross monthly salary between €2,510 and €3,050, depending on knowledge and experience (Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement/CAO, Job Group V)
