This is a fixed term \- 12 months post.
The job purpose is: To provide a comprehensive medical secretarial and administrative support to clinicians and other members of the multi professional teams contributing to the efficient day to day running of the service. Day to day supervision/management of a team of medical secretaries and administrative staff ensuring consistent service delivery to the clinical teams. Responsible for day to day management of allocated waiting list. To provide cover for members of the secretarial team during annual/sick leave.
