JOB DESCRIPTION
You and your team will build a new product from the ground up in 3 months. Your team will be small, flat, and cross functional. Help your team bridge the gap between user needs, technical constraints, and business value, merging the necessary elements that make truly excellent products. This is a founder\-style environment where roles overlap and evolve. You are expected to bring your specialized skills to bear for your team but prepare to wear as many hats as it takes to get the job done. Individual performance matters, but success is ultimately measured by the progress of your team's startup.
You will:
- Care about and empathise with the end user.
- Find product\-market fit whilst championing the end user community.
- Write user narratives to imagine the experience a customer may have.
- Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases.
- Design a profitable and scalable business model.
- Identify white space in the marketplace and viable market entry strategies.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to prioritise product enhancements based on impact.
- Communicate development status and document progress toward milestones.
- Perform market research and analysis.
- Get your hands dirty; vibe code, prototype, test. Hustle and deliver.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or advanced degree from a top\-tier university.
- An entrepreneurial work style and attitude, you're a self\-starter with a bias towards action.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Open minded. You know what you don't know and are open to learning new things.
- Comfortable in a fast\-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- You must be fully available—in London—from 22 June 2026 through 18 September 2026\.
