This is a B2B telesales opportunity.

We are looking for 2 direct telesales professionals to join our existing team.

Salary £25500 \- 28500k per annum, dependant upon interview/experience PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION plus performance bonus (Realistic OTE £50k in the first 12 months)

Repeat sales/relationship building will see sales and OTE grow accordingly in years two and three.

The Sales Process

  • The successful applicant will be communicating at a high level with Managing Directors and business proprietors throughout the private sector to ensure successful delivery of our products.

  • The sales process involves relationship building, identifying needs and selling the right project to benefit specific schools.

  • Ensuring that all customers receive an excellent, well organised service with all sales processes completed to a high standard.

Key Attributes of the Successful Applicant
  • Positive and excited to build a successful sales career

  • Tenacious, hardworking and personable

Office based with set hours Monday to Friday (9\-5 Monday to Thursday and 9 \- 4 Fridays)

A proven track record of success in direct sales will be an advantage.

However, full sales training is available for the right candidates who demonstrate an enthusiasm to join a fast\-paced sales environment.

Full product and market training will be given.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,500\.00\-£28,500\.00 per year
