The ideal individual will have prior experience as a Company Secretary from a legal or professional services environment and be able to implement their transferable knowledge seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Manager to ensure high level of client care is done.
- Maintaining the company records to a high standard.
- Be in constant liaison with firms’ departments.
- Ensuring clients are regularly updated.
